Accessing Your Results

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR RESULTS 

If your results indicate that some action is required, the practice will contact you directly.

The clinic will not contact you if your results indicate NO cause for concern. 

However, if you would like to access the results, you may do so using Manage My Health (MMH) patient portal. If you are not signed up with MMH and would like to, please ask one of the staff at front desk.

Any non-urgent requests such as emailing results/call back from a nurse, will take up to 2-3 working days.
