We keep our prices competitive and have provisions for regular online payments for anyone who may be having difficulties in paying their bill. You can make a weekly payment in the ASB bank account number: 12-3082-0153249-00

The fees listed are a guideline only. These are the fees usually charged for standard 15-minute consultations. There may be extra charges for materials used or additional services.

Please advise us if you require a longer appointment with your doctor. An additional fee applies.

*For adults newly enrolled, the first consultation fees is $49. This is to allow wellness check and to process all information about you.

Due to an increasing enrolment demands Lynfield Medical Clinic will only be enrolling patients at their discretion. Please note, you will not be enrolled automatically if you send in your enrolment form. We will respond by email to let you know if your enrolment has been accepted. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To Enrol:

· You will need to fill out and sign enrolment form

· Provide evidence of eligibility etc. passports, birth certificates, 2 year work visa, and Permanent Residence visa.
